Firstly, thank you for visiting ModWorld.
ModWorld is an internet based supplier of car modification accessories, supplying quality parts at a reasonable price. Its our belief that just because car modification is a specialist market there is no need to pay over the odds for parts and accessories which some larger shops and internet sites seem to be charging. We believe the price you see on the screen should be the price you pay, no hidden charges for delivery, vat... Below are the details as to the running of ModWorld Limited, we welcome any comment, suggestions or questions and will answer them the best we can.

Free Delivery
We currently offer free delivery on all products to anywhere in the mainland U.K. meaning there are no hidden costs on products, the price of the product is the price you pay! Further charges may be applicable for non-U.K. orders.
Our aim is to deliver within 3-5 working days, although if items our out of stock it may take slightly longer than this target time, we will contact you by email if we foresee a delay with our delivery service. Don't hesitate to contact us if you are concerned about any aspect of delivery, we can keep you informed as to the products status. Non-U.K. order times may vary.
Orders are sent using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery service, which is a reliable trusted service, on arrival at the destination a signature will be required to confirm the product has been received, if you are not present at the time of delivery a card will be posted giving you a telephone number for you to arrange another delivery time or if you wish to collect the package from your local Royal Mail Enquiry Office details will be on the card. Note: the royal mail will only hold goods for around 7 days after this time they will be returned to us, we reserve the right to charge for redelivery of an item.
Payment
There are several methods for making payments to ModWorld Limited for products on the website. We now are able to accept the following credit card payments using the secure WorldPay service:
To pay for products using this technique simply select the Credit Card payment option from the shopping cart, select your preferred payment type and enter the details into the WorldPay secure system.
We can also accept payment using the PayPal service, they are a reliable secure company and operate using and encrypted secure session, with paypal we can accept the following payment methods:
To pay for items using the PayPal system, please select PayPal from the shopping cart and enter your paypal account information.

Payment will be taken before the product is dispatched, further payment maybe requested if shipping to non UK location is required.

Products
All products carry the manufactures 12 month warranty which come into effect on the despatch date, if a fault develops with a purchased item contact us with a brief description of the fault so we can deal with the issue.
Most products supplied by ModWorld Limited are road legal although some products stocked are not, we accept no liability what so ever for any legal action taken against you for products purchased from ModWorld Limited. It is in your own interest to seek advise from the relevant authorities before purchasing a product.
It is unlikely but possible that a product ordered is out of stock, if this situation should occur we will hold your order and contact you with details of the delay.
Returns
To return unwanted goods you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the product for a returns number and details of how to go about returning the items purchased, you must then return the goods to us within 10 days of this number being issued. Returns after this period may incur a restocking charge up to 15% of the products value.
We take all possible care to ensure the correct product is sent to you however if you receive a different product from that which you have ordered contact us immediately and we will arrange for the correct items to be sent and deal with the incorrectly received products.
If products you received are damaged on arrival please contact us immediately and we will arrange for a replacement product to be sent and deal with the damaged items.
Although we aim to supply top quality goods, if a ModWorld product is found to be faulty contact us immediately with a brief description of the fault and we will deal with it further.
